The modules include techniques that can be used to change how you are feeling quite quickly, and practices and you can adopt which, over time, can help you respond to situations in more helpful ways. They are all completely safe and can empower you to take charge of your own wellbeing.
You can follow the modules in any order - explore as you choose and find techniques which suit your personality; some may suit the more analytical amongst you and creative types may respond better to others. Find out what works best for you.
Although these techniques are safe and can be very helpful; if you suffer from panic attacks, anxiety or depression, especially if there is no obvious trigger, do get yourself checked out by a doctor. In around 50% of cases there is a physical cause for these issues. Equally, if you are taking any medication prescribed by your doctor, it is important to continue to do so, even if you begin to feel better. Changes to your medication should only ever be made under the supervision of your doctor.
